Tier One Construction acts as the owner’s General Contractor. We own field operations, supervising trades, enforcing safety, and delivering quality workmanship. We manage buyouts with qualified subcontractors, requiring active licenses, insurance, and contract compliance. Planning site logistics, sequencing, and project access to protect the people, the property, and the schedule. Our superintendents lead site coordination, verify installations against submittals, and mitigate issues before they hit the critical path. Quality is our top priority, pre-install meetings, inspections, and ongoing punch lists drive consistent results. We maintain detailed documentation: RFIs, submittals, testing, inspections, and daily reports in accordance with the project schedule. Schedules are proactively managed with consistent pull planning and measurable milestones. Our cost control is disciplined. We utilized clear change directives, timely pricing, and accurate pay applications to align with the budget. Closeout is organized with project turnover including as-built drawings, training, operator and maintenance manuals. Tier One Construction’s ethics include safety, integrity, and accountability.
